Website information
This website describes Brand Docks’ capabilities and possible engagement components. Service descriptions are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.
Quotations and scope
Package selections and enquiry submissions request a proposal. They do not place an order, collect payment or confirm a booking. Final deliverables, responsibilities, fees, taxes, timelines and review rounds are set out in a written quotation or agreement.
Third-party costs
Media spend, print production, distribution, fabrication, travel, subscriptions, hosting, talent and other external costs are included only where the written proposal specifically identifies them. Availability and pricing may depend on third-party providers.
Approvals and supplied content
Clients are responsible for accurate business information and appropriate rights to assets they supply. Approval responsibilities, content review and platform access are agreed for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Ownership, editable source files, licences and usage rights are governed by the project agreement. Third-party assets and platforms retain their respective licence terms.
Performance and timing
Marketing results, revenue, platform approvals and search rankings cannot be guaranteed. Delivery schedules depend on the agreed scope, access, content and approvals.
Payments, changes and cancellation
The signed project agreement defines payment milestones, scope changes, cancellation and refund terms. The website does not collect project payments or impose a separate online refund policy.
